Terms and Conditions for Flooring Contracts

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual agreement between TMB Flooring Group, LLC ("Company") and the client ("Client") for flooring installation services. By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Scope of Work
The Company agrees to provide professional flooring installation services using industry-leading techniques and scientific installation methods to ensure durability and quality. The work shall include, but is not limited to:

• Site preparation and evaluation
• Material selection and installation
• Quality assurance checks
• Cleanup and disposal of debris

3. Quality Assurance
The Company guarantees high-quality workmanship and materials, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Any issues related to installation must be reported within [X] days of completion for review and resolution.

4. Project Timeline
The estimated project timeline will be outlined in the contract. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or material availability, will be communicated promptly to the Client.

5. Payment Terms
